Our rates as of January 2007 are standard at $175 per night.  We offer discounts for multiple nights and/or multiple rooms, or for special functions.  Please call 336-643-9600 to check on availability of dates for the room you are interested in.

Security Deposit and Cancellation Policies
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.
We can immediately guarantee your room reservation with a 50% deposit, or a minimum one-night charge if you use a credit card.  We will be happy to e-mail confirmation of your reservation upon receipt of your deposit.

Your visit is important to us.  If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please give us at least 10 days notice prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit. If you should need to cancel with less than 10 days notice, shorten your stay after you are here, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.  In the event you do not claim your reservation, you are responsible for the entire cost.

Please note that we do not discount for Furniture Market, nor do we inflate our rates, however there is a minimum reservation of 3 nights, prepaid and non-refundable. We will do everything we can to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

Information
If you are traveling on business, we are conveniently located 10 minutes from the Piedmont Triad Airport (transportation to/from the airport is provided for you if necessary).  That puts us close to the new FedEx Hub, Honda Jet and minutes from the new Dell Plant.  The Oak Ridge Military Academy is nearby and we enjoy hosting the many guests and families of the students there. We are only 20 minutes from High Point and the famous Furniture Market, 15 minutes from Old Salem, an historic Moravian recreation.  In addition, there are museums, 5 universities, a symphony, the ballet, and The Eastern Music Festival only minutes from here. 

Amenities
The house and grounds at Oak Ridge Bed and Breakfast play host to a variety of events. The Hidden Meadow is the premier outdoor location in the Triad, with a beautiful gazebo graced by lovely gardens. There is ample space and parking to accommodate up to 200.  The Outdoor Pavilion can be augmented with party tents and indoors there are several rooms to host events for up to 120 people.  Our library provides a place for quiet relaxation, cozy conversations, or a hand of bridge, while the dining room, dens, and conservatory offer places to meet and interact with other guests in space that invites stimulating conversation.  Our Party room is frequently used for showers, luncheons, civic clubs, ladies tea parties, and then changes configuration to handle private business seminars and meetings as well as quilting classes and other activities that need the space to spread out.
